Profiler Recruitment was established in 2005 and is owned by Director Lynne Payne.
Lynne has held Marketing and Public Relations management positions across financial services, professional services, consulting and advertising companies before working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Account Manager for a series of global recruitment organisations. Post graduate qualified in marketing and public relations, as well as a member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia, Lynne has extensive 'hands on' experience in delivering successful marketing and public relations strategies working with SME's and multinational corporations across press, web, television and radio.
Passionate about Getting People Noticed using her skills in marketing and public relations Lynne enjoys promoting people so they can enjoy the career they deserve. Lynne has taken personal delight over the years in seeing the candidates she has placed to go on to take on new challenges and grow with the organisations they have joined.
Profiler Recruitment is supported by a fantastic team of Consultants and Administration Support staff working nationally with consultants in Sydney, Melbourne and all major capital cities across Asia including Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Vietnam and Jakarta.

Alison Maidment | Director

Alison is both joint owner and senior consultant for Profiler Recruitment Sydney. With extensive experience in search and selection and recruitment outsourcing Alison’s expertise spans the UK and Europe and for the last eight years the Australasian market place. She has established and led specialist HR recruitment businesses in both London and Sydney and has successfully delivered senior assignments with clients across a broad range of industries. Previous assignments have included:
- General Manager Human Resources for world renowned Racing organization
- Human Resources Director, Asia Pacific for technology software and solutions business
- Talent Acquisition Director for global hardware and services business
- Organisational Development Practice Partner for Australian management consulting firm
- Head of Solution Services for major telecommunications and systems integration organization
- General Manager for CRM software sales organisation
Before moving into a career in executive search Alison spent 6 years working in HR Management for a large retail organization in the UK. She also has a passion for helping create sustainable businesses through the placement of HR leaders who will positively impact the business they partner with. Alison is also on the board of a Sydney based not-for-profit Caretakers Cottage and a committee member for 4Change a new political party whose focus is on developing a sustainable Australia. She also regularly speaks at HR and other industry forums, supports a number of “women in business” initiatives and is a self confessed rugby union “tragic”. A Mum and half marathon runner are also other balls she juggles!

Libby Williamson | Senior Consultant

Libby Williamson is a qualified marketing professional and senior recruitment consultant with over 15 years corporate marketing experience within financial services (AXA & GE Capital), telecommunications (Telstra) and health (Mayne) and over six years experience in recruitment at Morgan & Banks and Profiler Recruitment. Libby has skills and expertise in strategic marketing planning and implementation, executive recruitment and selection, business development, loyalty marketing, reward and recognition and employee benefits program development, public relations and national/international event management. She has a Bachelor of Science, with a major in Psychology, and a Post Graduate Diploma of Marketing.

With a strong property background and extensive sales and marketing experience, Sarah has practical skills and knowledge to ensure successful long term relationships between candidates and her clients. Having completed two Bachelor Degrees majoring in International Business and Japanese, Sarah is well equipped to look after the interests of her clients and candidates and enjoys the opportunity of meeting new people and forming great working relationships. Sarah’s focus is on assisting clients to achieve their business goals with the very best in care and professionalism which she does with the support of the Profiler network.

Harry Galbraith | Recruitment Coordinator

A recent Graduate in Management majoring in Marketing at Deakin University as well as an Advanced Diploma in Tourism, Harry joined Profiler Recruitment as an intern during the month of November, 2011. Enjoying his exposure to Recruitment, Administration and business management, Harry joined Profiler Recruitment as a Recruitment Coordinator focusing on areas of client and account management working closely with the Director and Senior Consultants. With experience as an International Travel consultant while also working with a Commercial Painting firm as a Warehouse Coordinator during his studies, Harry is excited to work with Profiler Recruitment and hopes to apply his knowledge acquired during his working experience and tertiary studies to bring innovation, a strong work ethic and a fresh outlook to 2012. Harry is looking forward to working alongside the very friendly and professional team at Profiler Recruitment.
